What machinery information changes the route
A product name alone is not enough. The team needs the final packed length, width, height and gross weight of each piece, total quantity, photos, material, lifting points and whether the equipment contains oil, batteries, magnets, pressure vessels or other regulated components.
HYHF accepts ordinary lawful cargo. Regulated, dangerous, prohibited or unclear cargo cannot be treated as general machinery and must be identified before booking.
Container and handling fit
For ordinary container routes, the packed piece must pass safely through the actual container door and allow enough room for loading, turning, blocking and securing. A catalogue dimension is not the same as a packed shipping dimension.
The current total shipment boundary is below 20 metric tonnes, but route, axle, container, airport and final-mile limits may be lower. HYHF confirms acceptance only after the complete cargo data is reviewed.
HYHF does not market out-of-gauge mega-project transport. Wind turbine blades, tunnel-boring machines and similar project cargo are outside the published service scope.
Packing and securing
Where factory packing is insufficient, HYHF can quote paid fumigation-free wooden frames or crates, moisture barriers, pallet bases, internal bracing and reinforcement. Moving parts and unsupported components should be fixed before loading.
Photos of the equipment before packing, during packing and after closing the crate help the operations team connect the physical cargo with the packing list and handling plan.
Destination handover
State whether the final point is a factory, warehouse, yard or residence and whether a forklift, crane or dock is available. The final-mile vehicle and appointment plan depend on that information.
Standard delivery does not include unloading from the vehicle, internal movement, commissioning or installation unless a separate written scope says otherwise.
Frequently asked questions
What machinery can HYHF ship?
HYHF reviews lawful ordinary machinery and equipment that fit the selected route and handling limits. Product details, packed dimensions, weight, photos and regulated components must be declared.
Can HYHF ship equipment containing batteries or liquids?
Do not assume it can travel as ordinary cargo. Declare batteries, liquids, oil, magnets, pressure vessels and other regulated components so the team can check whether an eligible route exists.
What is the maximum weight?
The published total shipment boundary is below 20 metric tonnes, but the actual acceptable weight can be lower depending on the route, piece weight, container, handling equipment and final delivery.
Can HYHF provide a custom crate?
Yes. Paid custom packing can be quoted after the equipment dimensions, weight, surfaces and support points are reviewed.
