Cargo and route fit
Shipments start from 30 kg and must remain within the selected carrier, container, airport and final-mile limits. Ordinary container cargo must pass safely through the actual container door after packing.
Declare the product, material, batteries, liquids, magnets, pressure components or any other regulated feature before quoting. Only lawful ordinary cargo can use the published service.
Ocean or air
Ocean freight is normally considered for furniture, building materials, mixed orders and heavier cargo where volume matters more than speed. Air freight is considered for urgent cargo that fits airline dimension, chargeable-weight and packing limits.
A route-specific schedule is provided after the origin, destination, cargo and service scope are confirmed. European truck and rail planning times do not apply to the United States.
China-side work before departure
HYHF can coordinate supplier pickup, consolidation, warehouse receiving and optional paid export packing. This is useful when several suppliers use different packing standards or when a large item needs a wooden frame, crate, moisture barrier or reinforcement.
The final packed measurements, piece count and gross weights become the working data for freight and delivery planning.
Named delivery point and unloading
Provide the US state, postcode, address type, vehicle access, appointment requirements and available unloading equipment. Delivery can be planned to an accessible factory, warehouse, yard or residence.
Unloading from the vehicle, inside delivery, stairs and installation are not included unless separately confirmed in writing. Ask for a shipment-specific all-in quote if you need duties or taxes coordinated.

Which channels serve the United States?
HYHF currently presents ocean and air options for the United States. Truck and rail references on this website apply to eligible China-Europe routes, not US routes.
Can several Chinese suppliers be consolidated?
Yes. Provide each supplier city, ready date, quantity and cargo details so the pickup and warehouse plan can be checked.
Is unloading included?
Not by default. The customer arranges suitable unloading equipment or labor unless a separate written service is confirmed.
