Suitable cargo
Furniture, building materials, home goods, machinery, equipment and long items can be reviewed when they are lawful ordinary cargo. Shipments start from 30 kg.
The packed size and gross weight of each piece matter more than an unpacked catalogue dimension. The total shipment must be below 20 metric tonnes, but route or handling limits can be lower.
Route choice
Ocean freight is normally the base option for bulkier or heavier cargo. Air freight is considered for urgent shipments that fit airline limits and can support the higher chargeable-weight cost.
The written route plan states the origin, Canadian destination, transport channel, included services and planning time. Do not apply European truck or rail times to a Canadian shipment.
Packing and consolidation
When factory packing is not suitable for international handling, HYHF can quote fumigation-free wooden frames or crates, moisture protection, edge protection, pallet bases and reinforcement.
For multiple suppliers, warehouse consolidation can connect ready dates, labels, piece counts and final measurements before departure.
Canadian final delivery
Send the province, postcode, address type, vehicle access and unloading plan. A factory, warehouse, yard or residence can be used when the vehicle can safely and legally reach the named unloading point.
The customer normally prepares the forklift, crane, pallet jack or labor required to remove the cargo from the vehicle. Inside movement and installation require separate arrangements.
Frequently asked questions
Can HYHF ship one large item to Canada?
A single item can be reviewed when the total shipment is at least 30 kg and the cargo fits an available ocean or air route after packing.
Can HYHF collect from a Chinese factory?
Yes. China supplier pickup can be included after the pickup address, cargo details and ready date are confirmed.
Can duty-paid delivery be quoted?
Ask for a shipment-specific all-in arrangement. Taxes and duties are included only when the written quote explicitly confirms the scope and named destination.
Does delivery include bringing the item inside?
No, not by default. The standard handover is at the customer-designated accessible unloading point, with unloading and inside movement arranged by the customer unless confirmed separately.
