Service information for China-to-Europe door-to-door logistics.

This page explains what HYHF can arrange, which services are quoted separately, what remains the buyer's responsibility, and which facts must be confirmed for an EU-bound bulky-goods shipment.

Do not rely on a headline alone. The written quote and contract must confirm the cargo, route, named delivery point, included charges and service boundary before payment.

Service scope

HYHF coordinates freight from the confirmed China factory or supplier to the customer-designated unloading point in the European Union. Depending on the written quote, this can include China pickup, warehouse receipt, export handling, international freight, EU customs and duty/tax handling, and European final-mile transport.

Furniture and building materials are our strongest categories, not our limit. We also assess machinery, equipment, long items and other ordinary bulky goods from 30 kg for European household buyers and commercial shippers.

Paid packing can be added to the quote when needed. Depending on the cargo, HYHF can arrange fumigation-free wooden frames, custom crates, moisture barriers, edge protection and reinforcement, using materials and construction selected around export handling and destination-entry requirements.

Cargo eligibility and limits

Minimum shipment30 kg total per shipment.
Maximum shipmentBelow 20 metric tonnes total per shipment.
Cargo typeFurniture, building materials, machinery, equipment and other ordinary goods that are lawful in the destination country and accepted after review.
Container fitEvery packed piece must pass through and travel inside the actual confirmed 40HQ container.

Final acceptance depends on product name, material, value, use, packed dimensions, weight, photos, documents, route, delivery address and unloading conditions. Bare product dimensions are not sufficient where extra packing will be added.

Dangerous, restricted, specially regulated, counterfeit or unlawful goods are not accepted unless expressly reviewed and accepted in writing, and some categories may not be accepted at all.

What the DDP shipping arrangement means

For this service, a confirmed duty-paid quote can cover the transport and handling charges required to move the accepted shipment from the named China pickup point to the customer-designated unloading point in the European Union. The precise included charges are those listed in the written quote.

Delivery point and unloading

The standard final handover is at the customer-designated unloading point. This may be an accessible factory, warehouse, yard or residence, provided the delivery vehicle can safely and legally enter or reach the agreed position.

Unless separately quoted, HYHF does not provide unloading, lifting, carrying goods inside, moving goods upstairs, assembly or installation. The buyer arranges enough people, a forklift, crane or other suitable equipment. If access is not possible or unloading is not ready, waiting, return, storage and second-delivery costs may arise.

The estimate starts when the shipment has entered the HYHF warehouse and the required shipment information and documents are ready. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, inspections, weather, capacity, destination restrictions and failed delivery can change the actual timing.

Cargo insurance

Cargo insurance is not included. HYHF recommends that the buyer purchases suitable cargo insurance independently, based on the product, route and invoice value, before the shipment enters the HYHF warehouse.

Cargo insurance and contractual carrier liability are different protections. A transport contract does not replace an all-risk or other suitable cargo policy.

Customs documents and local invoices

Customs clearance is arranged through the company's operating structure for the shipment. This service does not provide import or VAT documents issued in the household buyer's own name.

Where a local European transport invoice can be provided, availability, issuer, description, amount and any applicable tax are confirmed privately for the shipment. These operating details are not promised through general website wording.

Information the buyer must provide

  • Accurate product name, material, intended use, quantity and value.
  • Final packed dimensions and weight for every piece, plus the total shipment weight.
  • Clear cargo and packing photos.
  • Correct supplier pickup details and destination contact information.
  • A complete delivery address, postcode, designated unloading point, access restrictions and unloading plan.
  • Any document reasonably required for export, import, customs or carrier acceptance.

Changes, missing information or inaccurate declarations can change the price, route, timeline or acceptance decision.

Payment, changes, cancellation and claims

Payment method, payment timing, cancellation, refunds, storage, failed delivery, redelivery, damage notification and claim procedures are confirmed in the written quote and contract for the shipment. Do not make payment until you have reviewed those terms.

If visible loss or damage is found at handover, note it on the delivery record where possible and contact HYHF promptly with photos, packaging evidence and shipment details. The applicable process and liability limits follow the signed contract and mandatory law.

Contact information and messaging

Information supplied by WhatsApp or email is used to assess the shipment, prepare a quote and coordinate service. Do not send payment card details or unnecessary identity documents through the website enquiry form.
