Can a private household buyer use this service?
Yes. HYHF serves European household buyers purchasing furniture, building materials, machinery, equipment and other ordinary bulky goods from suppliers in China. Furniture and home-building materials are our specialty, not our only accepted category.
What does the 30 kg minimum mean?
It is the minimum total weight per shipment, not a minimum weight for each piece.
What does “below 20 t” mean?
It is the maximum total weight per shipment. Final acceptance also depends on packed dimensions, container fit, route capacity and the destination delivery conditions.
How do you check whether the cargo fits a 40HQ?
We review the final packed dimensions, not the bare product size. The cargo must pass through the actual container door and leave enough handling clearance. Final acceptance follows the warehouse review.
Where can the truck deliver my cargo?
To the customer-designated point confirmed in the quote, including an accessible factory, warehouse, yard or residence. We review the postcode, vehicle access and handover plan before booking so the final-mile arrangement can be planned correctly.
Can HYHF pack the cargo for me?
Yes. Packing is a separately charged service. Depending on the cargo, we can quote fumigation-free wooden frames, custom crates, moisture barriers, edge protection and reinforcement using materials selected around export handling and destination-entry requirements.
Which route is suitable for my shipment?
Ocean is usually the practical choice for bulky furniture and heavier cargo. Truck and rail are typically faster, while air is designed for urgent cargo that meets airline limits. We compare the route after reviewing the packed dimensions, weight, destination and timing.
What should I send for a first route and packing plan?
Send the destination country and postcode, China pickup city or supplier, product and material, cargo photos, packed dimensions and weight per piece, total shipment weight, destination type and vehicle-access information.
When does the transit estimate start?
The estimate starts when the shipment has entered the HYHF warehouse and the required shipment information is ready. Customs, inspections, weather, capacity and failed delivery can change the actual timing.
